This event will include;
A nourishing yoga flow suitable for all levels
A grounding meditation and breath work session
A nurturing Aromatherapy reconnect sensory session. You will leave with a hand blended aromatherapy rollerball.
The perfect way to get your year off to an amazing start.
The session runs 9.30-12.30 on Saturday the 25th January 2025 at the wonderful Om Is Where the Heart Is in Slaithwaite.
The exchange is £40 for the whole morning.
All equipment is provided including yoga mats and blocks.
Just bring yourself and a water bottle. Wear something comfortable and it can help to bring layers to keep you cosy during the relaxation.
