IMPORTANT: Please keep these instructions handy they will help you purchase your tickets correctly.
You’ll purchase your main conference ticket and select two breakout sessions below. It’s essential that you choose one breakout session from each time slot:
• One session from the 11:30 AM slot
• One session from the 12:30 PM slot
If you do not select your breakout sessions during booking, you will be automatically assigned to available sessions.
Step 1: Choose Your Main Conference Ticket
• Select your preferred ticket type from the list.
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Select More’ to proceed to breakout sessions.
Step 2: Add Your Breakout Sessions
• Breakout sessions will appear on the left side of your screen.
• Click on each session title to view a brief description.
• Choose ONE session from each time slot (AM & PM) that best suits your interests:
• Select your 11:30 AM session, then click ‘Select’.
• Repeat for your 12:30 PM session.
Only one breakout session per time slot is allowed.
Step 3: Review & Finalise Your Booking
• Open your shopping cart to review your selections.
• When ready, proceed to payment to complete your booking.
Important: If you begin entering your details at checkout and then navigate back using your browser, your basket will be emptied. Please avoid going back during the final step.
Important: Breakout Session Capacity
Breakout sessions have limited availability due to room size. To secure your preferred sessions:
- Make your breakout session selections during the initial booking process.
- If you skip this step, you’ll be automatically assigned to available sessions.
- If a session is full, it will no longer be selectable.
To avoid disappointment, book early and choose your breakout sessions right away.
