After being made redundant from a soul destroying corporate world I travelled to Rishikesh in India to gain my 200 hour Yoga Instructor qualification, following from this I set up Golden Goddess Yoga. Travelled to Thailand to gain 50 hours Thai Massage Yoga and then travelled to Arambol in North Goa, India where I gained my Level 1 and 2 Sound healing Practitioner, Gong Mastery and Fork Tuning Mastery qualifications. I host Yoga Sessions, Sound healing, Retreats & Events at my Wellness Hub, based at Pearl House, Nuneaton. Also regular Sound journeys at Bermuda Phoenix Centre, Bermuda Road, Nuneaton, The Hair Dressing Co, Whitley, Coventry and Hammock Sound at Fly girls fitness in Galley Common & Pole 2 Fitness, Tamworth. I also offer 121's for Sound healing Aura Cleansing and Chakra balancing & Reiki by appointment only. Hen (Zen) parties for yoga and sound healing, also corporate events offering well being in the workplace.
