After being made redundant from a soul destroying corporate world I travelled to Rishikesh in India to gain my 200 hour Yoga Instructor qualification, following from this I set up Golden Goddess Yoga. Travelled to Thailand to gain 50 hours Thai Massage Yoga and then travelled to Arambol in North Goa, India where I gained my Level 1 and 2 Sound healing Practitioner, Gong Mastery and Fork Tunning Mastery qualifications. I host Yoga classes and regular Sound baths at my local community centre Bermuda Phoenix Centre, Bermuda Road, Nuneaton, CV10 7HU and Fly girls fitness in Galley Common. I also offer 121's for Sound healing Aura Cleansing and Chakra balancing. Hen parties for yoga and sound healing, also corporate events offering wellbeing in the workplace.
