Refund policy
Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or changes to your session plans. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following cancellation/no-show policy for our Yoga, Sound Healing, Retreats, Workshops, Family Yoga, Chair Yoga, and 1:1 session:
Cancellation 28 Days Before booked on Session:
Full refund (Minus the admin fee £1.50) or the option to transfer the ticket to a future event of the same price will be offered.
Cancellation 48 Hours Before Session:
Ticket can be transferred to a future event in full.
Half of the ticket value will be refunded if preferred option.
Cancellation 24 Hours Before Session:
No transfer option will be provided.
No refund will be given.
If Golden Goddess has to cancel an event due to low numbers or sickness, a full refund and or transfer of ticket to future event will be offered.
Please note that any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Jayne goldengoddessyoga@hotmail.com or WhatsApp +4407841159173. The date and time of the email/text will be used to determine eligibility for refunds and transfers.
