A supportive next-step class for those ready to build confidence, strength and flow in their practice. Combining mindful movement with slightly stronger transitions and sequences, this class helps bridge the gap between beginners yoga and stronger styles of movement.

A supportive strength-based yoga class combining yoga-inspired movement with light weights, resistance bands, core work and functional strength training. Designed to help women feel stronger, fitter and more capable in their bodies — while always working within their own abilities.
