Amount:
A 90 minute private sound Bath session for up to 8 people.

Consisting of:
🌿 Grounding and settling in;
🌿 Gentle Pranayama breathing exercise;
🌿 Yoga Nidra guided meditation;
🌿 Individual Reiki;
🌿 Sound therapy journey (using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and bells);
🌿 A vegan + gluten free snack to ground us back to our environment.

Research has found these facilitate healing on multiple levels. 🙏

What to Bring to the Session:
Everything is provided (mats, blankets, eye pillows etc). However for your comfort, you may wish to bring a jumper / socks if you feel the cold as our body temperature lowers during meditation. You can also bring any personal items to place in the altar for charging and Reiki blessing.

Medical Conditions:
Please contact me if you or any of your group have any medical conditions (the session may not be suitable with metal implants, tinnitus or high anxiety).
