Back by popular demand — immerse in calm, connection and sea air.
Following the success of our first Eastbourne Breath-Body-Mind™ Fundamentals retreat in October 2025, we’re returning to the stunning Beach Studio in 2026, where participants loved the sea views, nourishing Beach Deck lunches, and the sense of community that formed through shared BBM practice.
Join us for the 2026 retreat-style BBM Fundamentals weekend to restore, recharge and reconnect — with guided practices designed to balance body, mind, and nervous system.
