TASTER Acrobatics & Acro-balance for Adults

A short, fun, taster workshop covering acrobatic and acro-balance basic skills.

Everyone will take part in a (gentle) led physical warm up, to prepare for the activities, followed by a variety of rolls and different balance shapes aimed at varying degrees of challenge.

We'll then work on counterbalancing / balancing with other people and, depending on numbers and interest, progress to group pyramids (multiple people balancing on other people), and higher partner acro shapes.

We'll finish with a gentle cool down and stretch so folks don't feel muscle soreness!
