Our Refund Policy is as follows.

For yoga classes:

We offer the ability to transfer any classes up to four hours before the scheduled start of class.

Cancellation of classes: If you purchase a class pass, your cancellation (up to four hours before the scheduled start of class) will be returned to your pass allocation. If you have purchased a pay as you go class, we do not offer a refund, our policy is transfer only.

For yoga or wellbeing events:

Please note that cancellations received one week prior to the event receive a full refund; any cancellations closer to the day of the event receive a credit to Jasmine Yoga, to be used within 6 months or a transfer to another event priced the same. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the event are not entitled to a refund or exchange but may be decided on an individual case by case basis. Please contact us if this applies to you.

For yoga retreats:

Your retreat deposit given to secure your place is non-refundable. In unmitigated circumstances, Jasmine Yoga may be able to transfer this to another retreat date, however this is at their discretion.
