With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, My interests are in women’s health, taking a holistic approach that goes beyond just training and nutrition. I focus on the full picture. lifestyle, stress, and hormonal changes,while offering a deep understanding of the challenges women face during perimenopause and menopause, including anxiety, weight gain, and disrupted sleep.

Having been through my own journey, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, empowered, and confident as their bodies change.

My mission is to support and guide women in embracing this chapter with strength, clarity, and self-compassion.💞
