  • Due to limited spaces and the preparation required for each workshop, cancellations made more than 14 days before the workshop date can be transferred to another available workshop date or refunded (less any booking fees).
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, as materials and studio time will have already been prepared.
  • If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please let us know their name before the workshop.
  • Gift bookings can be transferred to another person if the original recipient is unable to attend.
  • In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled by Applegate Studios, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
