If you are unable to attend for whatever reason, a refund will NOT be given. In some circumstances I will be happy to book you onto another HuggyCuggles session, subject to availability. In this instance, please speak to me and I’ll see what I can do.
If I have to cancel the event for whatever reason, attendees will have the option of a refund or being booked onto another HuggyCuggles session on offer, subject to availability.
