Cancellations Policy - Little Crafty Cove.UK
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure a fair and smooth experience for all families, Little Crafty Cove operates the following cancellation policy.

If a class is cancelled by Little Crafty Cove
If Little Crafty Cove needs to cancel a class for any reason, all customers with a booking will be offered a credit note for the full value of the session. This credit can be used towards another class or activity at a future date.

If a class is cancelled by a customer
If you need to cancel your booking, the following options apply:

1. Transfer to another child You may transfer your booking to a sibling or friend free of charge, provided the child meets the age requirements for the session.
2. Cancellations with 2 days’ notice If you cancel 2 days or more before the scheduled class, you will be issued with a credit note to use for a future Little Crafty Cove session.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late cancellations and no-shows for all sessions, including classes are not eligible for refunds or credit notes.

How to request a cancellation or change
To request a cancellation, transfer, or credit note, please contact Little Crafty Cove via email at littlecraftycove@gmail.com . All requests must be made in writing where possible.
We aim to be fair and flexible wherever we can, however this policy is in place to ensure consistency and to allow us to plan sessions effectively.
