These classes are based in the Ashtanga Primary Series. We practise:

Different asanas from the Ashtanga Primary Series
Pranayama, Mudras and Meditation
There will be no recordings for these sessions.
Here are some suggestions:
Bring comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, bricks, belt, layers and an open heart.
Choose a quiet and comfortable space.
Ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in.
If you're comfortable, keep your camera on to create a sense of connection with me and other participants.
Have a cushion, belt, bolster, or blanket nearby to support your comfort.
Approach the class with an open mind and a willingness to be present in the moment. Energy levels are different every time :-)
Meditation, as yoga is a practice, so be patient with yourself and avoid self-criticism.
If your mind wanders, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
