A mixed level yoga class, suitable for all, beginner's welcome.
We will work on postures that improve strength, flexibility, coordination & balance whilst building awareness of the breath with mindful awareness to help restore balance and calm the mind.
We will also look at our unhelpful habitual breath patterns, and explore techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety and stress levels.

A yoga mat (or let me know if you need to borrow one)
Other yoga props e.g. blocks/bricks/bolster - if you have your own (I have some to loan)
A blanket / warm layers for relaxation

This ticket is for new students only (i.e. those who have not attended a yoga class with me in the past) - I encourage people to try out my class before committing to the block as there are so many styles of yoga and teachers vary in their intentions and specialisms. A limited number of drop in tickets are available two days prior to the class date - subject to availability. Drop in tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is recommended that beginners book for the block to support consistency and enhance progress.
