Cancellation & Refund Policy
Places at Mama & Me Retreat are limited and, once booked, your space is reserved especially for you and your little one.
Block bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds for sessions that you are unable to attend, including due to illness, holidays or other personal circumstances.
If you know you are unable to attend a session, please do let me know as soon as possible. Where appropriate, I may be able to offer your space to another family, but this cannot be guaranteed.
In exceptional circumstances, I may offer a transfer or credit towards a future session at my discretion.
If Mama & Me Retreat needs to cancel a session due to illness, extreme weather or other circumstances outside of my control, I will always try, where reasonably possible, to rearrange the session for another date. If this isn’t possible, an alternative session, credit or refund may be offered as appropriate.
