Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. The following policy applies to all bookings for The Intelligent Body workshop series.
Cancellations more than six weeks before the event
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of your cancellation request. To cancel, please contact us at esmith@montrosesomaroom.co.uk.
Cancellations within six weeks of the event
No refund will be issued. However, your place may be transferred to another person at no extra charge - simply let us know the name and contact details of the person taking your place no later than 48 hours before the event begins.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event
No refund and no transfer. We are unable to accommodate last-minute changes within this window.
If we cancel or postpone the event
In the unlikely event that The Intelligent Body is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders within 10 working days. If the event is postponed, your booking will transfer automatically to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, a full refund will be available on request.
How to cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing to esmith@montrosesomaroom.co.uk. Cancellations are confirmed from the date your email is received.
