Business, operator and professional bookings are normally non-refundable once confirmed, except where we cancel the course or agree otherwise in writing.
Consumer bookings made online, by telephone or by email may have a legal cancellation period. If you ask us to begin providing services within that period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already carried out. Once the live course has been fully delivered, no refund will normally be due for that course.
No refund will normally be given where a delegate fails to attend, joins late, leaves early, fails identity or licence checks, does not participate, cannot access Zoom because of their own device, internet or environment, or fails to complete the course for reasons outside our control.
Changing a date instead: you may move a booking to another available date once without an administration fee, provided the request is made before the course starts. Each further customer-requested date change incurs a £15.00 administration fee.
If we change, reschedule or cancel a course, we will contact you and explain the available options, and we will not charge the £15.00 administration fee where the change is required because we have changed the course date.
