Cancellation by YOU and refund procedure:
If you need to cancel your block booking of sessions, you must let us know as soon as possible by writing to nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk.
A full refund will be given if you cancel more than 7 days before the first session in each block booking. We will confirm back to you in writing and process your refund with 7 days.
Nurtured with Nature Limited does not give refunds for individual sessions once a new block has started however, you may be able to gift your remaining session/s to a friend or relative. Please request this by writing to nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk. This must be no less than 24 hours prior to the next session.
We do not offer refunds or discount codes if sessions are booked by you but you do not attend.
Cancellation by US and refund procedure:
We will endeavor to run sessions on all days advertised however, we may need to cancel in severe weather conditions such as thunderstorms and high winds. Your safety is our priority.
Should we need to cancel, you will be contacted as soon as we can via text message, email and notified on the Nurtured with Nature Facebook page. The weather is very unpredictable so we may need to cancel at short notice. You will be given a refund for sessions cancelled by us or offered an alternative.
Holidays and Sickness:
We cannot offer a refund for your holidays or periods of sickness. You may offer your place to a friend providing you inform nicky@nurturedwithnature.co.uk no less than 24 hours prior to the session.
