*** REFUND ***

For a full refund, you need to cancel your booking 12 hours prior to class commencing and contact me (Amy) for a refund.

Any cancellations within 12 hours of class commencing will forfeit the full amount to cover studio costs.

*** CLASS TRANSFERS ***

You are able to transfer your class up until 12 hours prior to class commencing, any transfers after this time will be treated as a cancellation and will forfeit your class payment. Please note you can only transfer your class twice, the third time will be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable.
