OFFBEAT Refund Policy
All class bookings are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to offer a transfer to another class, subject to availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Missed classes included within a 4-class bundle are non-refundable and cannot be carried over unless agreed by OFFBEAT at our discretion.
If OFFBEAT cancels a class, you will be offered either a replacement class or a credit towards a future booking.
