Join for the full series or select the classes that best fit your needs to create a customized learning experience. Each session is practical, evidence-based, and designed to build confidence for both the birthing parent and their partner.

Monday Nights, 6:00–8:00 PM
Classes alternate between Diana Health Orange City and Lactation Station in Oviedo.
About us:
Sarah Doyle is a seasoned birth and postpartum doula, lactation counselor, Lamaze childbirth educator, and founder of Oviedo Family Doulas. She draws on personal experience as a birthworker, twin mom, and IVF parent, combined with evidence-based research, to help families engage and learn. The course material is developed collaboratively with a team of doulas and updated regularly.

How to Sign Up:
- Choose between individual classes, a 2-pack, or the full series.
- Select the session(s) or pass you wish to register for. If selecting a pass, you will need to choose the pass as well as the sessions you would like to book. The pass special pricing will be applied.
- Complete your registration and payment online.
- Receive a confirmation email with class details and instructions
