RED FOX LINE DANCE is part of OmniFit Sevenoaks, bringing OmniFit’s inclusive approach to fitness and movement onto the dancefloor.
Our mission is to make movement and fitness accessible to everyone. Workouts should be fun as well as functional, and classes should be welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.
The name OmniFit comes from the Latin prefix omni, meaning “all” or “every”. It reflects our commitment to inclusive, body-positive fitness where you can move, have fun and get active without pressure or prejudice.
Red Fox Line Dance follows the same ethos, offering line dancing classes, socials, workshops and events for a wide range of ages, abilities and experience levels.
Fay has over 30 years’ experience teaching dance and more than 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry.
