If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance you will be entitled to a full refund (minus at 10% admin fee), or a session transfer. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded or transferred.
If extreme weather results in us having to cancel a session you will be offered the choice of a refund or to transfer your session.
