Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, we may be able to transfer your booking to another family, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that refunds cannot be given for illness, change of plans, holidays, or non-attendance.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the session, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
