Held in the beautiful Chestnut Room, with its vaulted ceiling and elevated views across the lake and surrounding woodlands, the setting creates an immediate sense of peace and spaciousness. Bathed in the softer light and rich colours of autumn, it's the perfect place to pause, breathe deeply, and simply be.
The day includes two complementary yoga practices: a gentle Yang Hatha Flow to awaken and energise the body, and a deeply restful Restorative Yoga session to encourage complete relaxation. You'll also experience guided meditation, calming breathwork, and a luxurious full-body relaxation.
We finish the day with a soothing sound bath by Sound Bath Kent, allowing you to fully unwind, release tension, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and restored.
