SoJam Physio Pilates

I am a HCPC registered Physiotherapist working as a Clincial Specialist within the NHS. I am also am APPI certified Pilates Instructor with additional training in Ante and Post Natal Pilates.

Classes are currently taken by Laura; a Chartered Physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor with the APPI whilst I am on maternity leave.

Weekend - one off events
Pilates in the Teepee 10.05am
Weekly:
Monday 6.30-7.20 pm
Monday 7.30- 8.20 pm
