TERM-TIME CLUBS

When booking a term-time club, you are reserving your child's place for the full block of sessions.

Cancellation of the whole booking more than 72 hours before the first session of the term: full refund.

Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the first session: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the first session, or after the term has begun: no refund.

Refunds or credits are not normally available for individual sessions your child is unable to attend, as their place has been reserved for the full term.

If exceptional circumstances mean your child needs to withdraw from the remainder of a term, please contact STEM Explorers. Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion.

HOLIDAY CLUBS & INDIVIDUALLY BOOKED SESSIONS

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the session: full refund.

Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before the session: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Monthly membership costs £26 per month and reserves your child's regular place in their fortnightly STEM Explorers group.

The fee is based on approximately 20 regular sessions across the year, with the cost spread evenly over 12 months. Payments therefore continue during school holidays and months containing fewer sessions.

Membership continues automatically until cancelled. One month's notice is required to cancel. Please contact STEM Explorers to give notice.

Refunds or credits are not normally available for sessions your child is unable to attend.

If STEM Explorers has to cancel a session, we will normally arrange a replacement date. If a replacement cannot be provided, monthly members will receive a £15 credit or refund for that session.

Monthly membership covers regular fortnightly STEM Explorers sessions only. Holiday clubs and other special events are booked separately.
If STEM Explorers cancels a holiday club or other individually booked session and cannot offer a suitable replacement, a full refund will be provided.
