This is the second in a series of workshops supporting ‘How to Listen to your Body’ – a 6 week course starting in January 2026 at Studio Dreamland.
Please wear comfy clothing that you can move easily in. Mats, props and blankets are provided, but you’re welcome to bring any other items you'd like for extra comfort.
