Float & Flow SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is the perfect mix of strength and relaxation - using balance to hold poses on the calm of the water.
Sunday's at 9am and Mondays at 6.30pm throughout May - September.
No experience required and all equipment is included.
Strong swimming skils essential.
