Sweaty Mama Orpington & Sevenoaks (a franchise of Sweaty Mama UK Ltd) is independently owned and operated by Sama Hemsley, a fully certified and insured Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor, trained in safe babywearing.

Little ones of all ages, from newborns to pre-schoolers, are welcome in every class, however you must be at least 6 weeks post vaginal birth, and 8 weeks post c-section birth before your first session.
