At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of sessions. Where less than 24 hours notice is given you will still be charged the full session rate, except in case by case circumstances.
Medical cancellations: refunds may be granted on a case by case basis.
Please note that refunds for cancelled sessions will be the cost of the session minus our processing fee.
