Neurodiversity in the Workplace – Module 1 Understanding Neurodiversity

The target audience includes Occupational Health colleagues, HR Professionals, Managers, Team Leaders, SME(Small & Medium sized Enterprises)and employees interested in fostering a more inclusive and diverse workplace. The courses aim to provide practical insights and strategies for organisations to embrace neurodiversity, creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

The training will be delivered by experts trained in neurodiversity assessment through a series of short, engaging modules, each supplemented with multimedia content and real-world scenarios to enhance understanding and application.

Module 1

•Introduction to Neurodiversity: Defining neurodiversity and exploring the spectrum of neurological differences.

• Neurodivergent Conditions: an overview of common neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and others.

•Benefits of neurodiversity and neuro-inclusivity: Exploring how embracing neuro-inclusivity can enhance creativity, problem-solving, communication, and innovation within the workplace.
