Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans change, and little ones get poorly. However, because we keep our group sizes small and prepare resources in advance:

Bookings are non‑refundable once made.

If your child can’t attend, you’re welcome to offer the space to another child you know.

Our sessions run in all weathers, so we cannot refund due to rain or cold unless conditions are unsafe.

If we ever need to cancel (for example, due to extreme weather or staff illness), you’ll receive a full refund or the chance to move to another date.

For block bookings (e.g., 5‑day summer club), the fee covers the whole block, and we can’t refund individual days.

Behaviour Policy
“We reserve the right to end a child’s session if behaviour compromises safety.”

“All medical and emergency details must be provided at booking.”
