- A thorough history taking, including past and current health conditions, lifestyle factors and personal fitness goals
- A functional movement assessment
- An introduction to Nordic walking; including the history of the sport, the benefits and an introduction to the Nordic walking poles
- An in-depth lesson teaching you the Nordic walking technique and how to use the Nordic walking poles
- Video analysis for feedback during the session
- Time to practice the technique, discuss the differences between on and off road walking and for me to provide any additional technique advice as we go.
As a Physiotherapist, I will be able to provide specific movement advice and adapt the session to your needs.
