All our groups are pre-bookable on a pay-as-you-go basis. Groups can be booked 4 weeks in advance.
*Please note we are a cashless facility.
Weekly Groups:
Tickets to our weekly classes/groups are non-refundable. In the event that a customer cancels their booking a pass will be issued to use at a later date. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to a class beginning. Tickets may also be transferred to a later date.
Events;
All tickets are non refundable. You may gift tickets to a friend or family member however we must be made aware of the change and notified of those taking over the booking. Cancelling a ticket will not result in a credit being issued.
Parties:
£50 deposit is non-refundable. In the unlikely event we cancel your party your deposit payment will be returned. This is the only time a deposit will be returned. Please note: Cancellation of a party within 14 days 50% of outstanding balance is due. Within 7 days full amount outstanding is due. Deposits are non refundable and do not contribute to an outstanding balance.
