You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the session is set to take place. If I am unable to fill the space after 48 hours you will not be refunded. Please feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.
In case the client or the client’s dog becomes ill, so that they cannot take part in the session, it is at the discretion of Woof to Trail to offer the chance to attend a future session.
