On this page, you have the option to order a letter from Father Christmas and make amends to the secret given to Father Christmas at time of booking.

To book your letter from Father Christmas, please select 25th December 2026 and follow further instructions. Please note that these can only be purchased from 1st October until 7th December 2026, to allow our elves to post letters in accordance to Royal Mail posting guidelines for Christmas.

To make an amendment to your child's secret for Father Christmas, please select 'Secret amend' on the date you are visiting us and follow further instructions. Please note that from 1st October there is a £7.00 amendment fee, you can only make amends up to four days before your visit.
