Private Sessions at The Rise & Glandwr studios.
Private sessions are suitable for all: young, old, complete beginners or professional performers, those who want to get fitter doing something fun and those who want to develop incredible choreography.
All shapes, sizes and fitness levels are able to participate as equipment height and session content is tailored to your individual needs.
Please send us a message after booking to let us know what equipment you would like to work on for that session.
Also, remember to let us know of any specific requirements in advance so we can ensure to be prepped (for example, if your competition training and want a particular height and size hoop, or if you use a wheelchair or mobility aid).
Choose from Pole (all styles), Aerial Hoop, Aerial Silks, Static Trapeze, Aerial Rope, Hammocks (Yoga or Acro), Flypole, Hand Balance (including paralettes), Calisthenics, Flexibility Coaching, solo/partner/group Acro.
Pole and aerial classes are fantastic for improving strength, flexibility, general fitness level and increasing confidence.
Established 18 years, fantastic array of equipment, including: fully fitted, reinforced studio poles; selection of hoop sizes and strop lengths to ensure everyone has the correct apparatus for their height and level; range of silks to suit both beginners and more advanced students; great choice of crash mats for all equipment, including poles; pre planned sessions tailored to small student groups with instructors who are passionate about teaching others; full syllabus followed to ensure progress for all at their own pace.
