Your feet are your foundation and are sometimes under-appreciated until something goes wrong. They impact your stability and function plus the biomechanics of the ankle, knee hip and lowerback. Foot issues can disrupt your walking and cause movement imbalances, so if you improve the Working of Each foot, everything gets better 'up the chain'. With 26bones and 33joints, your Feet/toes need YOU to mobilise well and to help them be stronger for standing balances and more. Explore healthy moves from both Pilates and Yoga to enjoy connections to lower body and mindful attention to encourage focus on your breath throughout. Closes with guided relaxation to embrace a state of easeful rest in Savasana.

PLEASE bring your mat, blanket and HANDWEIGHTS ( 1kg / 1.5kg is fine )
I provide yoga blocks (plus bricks and belts if needed)
I have a few spare handweights too.
