Yoga for Cancer Course - 6 weeks 🧘‍♀️

A gentle, supportive 6-week yoga course designed for people living with or beyond cancer.

This nurturing class offers a safe space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and support your overall wellbeing. Through gentle yoga movement, breathwork, relaxation and mindfulness, each session is adapted to meet you where you are — whether you are undergoing treatment, recovering, or adjusting to life after cancer.

The emphasis is not on flexibility or fitness, but on feeling comfortable, supported and empowered in your own body.

Over the six weeks, we will explore practices that may help you:

• Release physical tension and stiffness
• Support relaxation and restful sleep
• Develop greater awareness of your breath and body
• Build confidence in gentle movement
• Create moments of calm and self-care
• Connect with others in a welcoming, non-judgemental environment

No previous yoga experience is needed. All practices can be adapted to individual needs and energy levels, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever needed.

Come as you are, move at your own pace, and take some time each week to nurture yourself.
