You are warmly invited to join Kate and Katy for an afternoon of gentle, chair based yoga and a crystal singing bowl soundbath at the lovely Little Fox in Thornton Hough. You are welcome to lie down for the relaxations and soundbath if you wish to.
The afternoon will include gentle, chair based, yoga practices to enhance strength and flexibility; Pranayama (breathing techniques) to support our energy levels; yoga nidra for deep relaxation and a crystal singing bowl soundbath. Soundbaths are associated with bringing full body relaxation at a cellular level, as the vibrations of the singing bowls resonate through the body.
The venue is fully accessible, with excellent facilities.
Dietary requirements can be catered for.
Itinerary-
2 - 315 welcome and gentle, chair based yoga
315 - 400 - afternoon tea with delicious scones and cakes
400 - 500 - relaxation and soundbath, goodbyes
