Sunday Yin Yoga at Brandon Day Centre runs once a month on Sundays, 9:30-11:30am.
This gentle, floor-based practice (this venue has underfloor heating!) uses longer holds to stretch muscles and fascia, easing tightness and helping you slow down. Many people find it improves flexibility, releases tension, improves sleep and general well-being, leaving them calmer in body and mind.
All levels welcome.

3 hours free parking at Bury Road Car Park, IP27 0BU. BDC is a short walk away, across the traffic lights, follow road round to right, and the centre is on the left.
Bring a mat if you have one, and maybe a blanket.
