All our children's dance classes are payablevia go cardless , these are all on monthly payments we offer babies,tinyboppers, juniors freestyle disco/street and lyrical classes. We have our tumble track,tricks and acro class available on weekly payments via bookwhen.
We have a wide range of fitness classes available, suitable for all ages and abilities, male or female. With over 28 years teaching experience please let us know what you want to achieve and we can start your fitness journey.

Boogie Bounce is a low impact,high energy,fun, full body workout on a mini trampoline, fitted with a saftey bar.
A 50 minute cardio based workout, with an effective toning section to finish.
The safety bar allows for all abilities to workout to the easy to follow routines,using adaptions where necessary.

IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME WITH US PLEASE COME SLIGHTLY EARLY SO WE CAN FILL IN A FORM AND WE CAN SHOW YOU ROUND.

Booking online to secure your space is essential. Once you have registered on the booking system, you can log on at any time using your log in details to manage your bookings. Please be aware there is a 24 hour transfer policy that applies to all our fitness classes we offer No refunds on any of our classes. Class are £5.50 with a booking fee. Bungee fitness classes £8 with a booking fee.

Refund policy

CHILDREN'S DANCE CLASSES
All our children’s dance classes are operated on a monthly payments system, all payments must be made prior to your child's class as this provides a class electronic register. ALL ABSENCES MUST BE PAID WE DO ALLOW 4 WEEKS HOLIDAY PER ANNUM BUT WE MUST BE INFORMED 6 WEEKS PRIOR.
FITNESS CLASSES
We operate a strict 24hrs transfer policy with a no refund policy. If you have made your booking online you must transfer your booking online 24hrs before the scheduled class start time or you will loose your payment.
CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24HRS WILL NOT BE CREDITED, REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED.
