FITNESS CLASS TIMETABLE 2022

The break in bookable classes is during my maternity leave - dates will be made available as soon as possible!

I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor (gym & weights + ETM), Level 3 Personal Trainer plus Level 3 Pilates group & 1-2-1 trainer with 15 years experience teaching in the fitness & wellness industry - so you can be assured you are in good hands!

A variety of sessions to suit everyone

ALL classes are 45 minutes & £6 per person to take part - BOOK 5 CLASSES @ £25

ALL classes can be transferred to alternative dates if you can no longer attend - just click the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking

ALL ONLINE classes are recorded & accessible for 7 days - you are welcome to join the weekly ‘live’ class via Zoom if you want to as well 💪
