Join Carly McKay live & online & let’s keep FIT, HAVE FUN & STAY STRONG 💪 Fun, functional & a variety of classes to suit everyone. Sessions are 45 minutes & £5 per person to take part.

Pre-booked classes can be transferred to alternative dates if you can no longer attend - just click the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking 👍 NEW you can also request the class recording if you can’t make the ‘live’ class & would like to do it yourself up to 24 hours after the class start time ☺️
