A variety of sessions to suit everyone

ALL classes are 45 minutes & £5 per person to take part - BOOK 5 CLASSES @ £20 (= 1 class free)

ALL classes can be transferred to alternative dates if you can no longer attend - just click the link in your confirmation email to manage your booking

ALL ONLINE classes are recorded so no worries if you can’t make the ‘live’ class OR would like to do the class again - link is valid for 3 DAYS
