Midlothan Fitness & PT with Janie offers fitness classes & sessions to all age groups and abilities.

Group fitness classes are kept small in numbers. This allows me to work and encourage all clients safely at there own level/pace and allows Progressisons/Regression to individual workouts.

My focus as a teacher is supporting individuals to find their own pace in a safe and encouraging environment.

I look forward to working with you and smashing your fitness/nutrition goals.

REFUND POLICY - PLEASE READ.........:-) IF YOUR SPACE IS PAID FOR
You must give 4 weeks cancellation notice prior to block start date. If you have made payment you may receive a % of the payment back. You may be transferred onto a later block ONCE - no refunds will be issued in this case.

IF YOUR SPACE IS NOT PAID FOR .... LATE NOTICE FEE....SPACES MUST BE PAID FOR AT LEAST 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO BLOCK START DATE - IF NOT A 50% CHARGE WILL HAVE TO BE MADE.
