• Set reminders on your phone 24 hours in advance so you register and grab your spot.
• Create a shortcut to the booking system on your mobile home screen and/or bookmark in your browser: https://bookwhen.com/fitoi
• Upon your first booking, save your data by creating a password/account to make your next booking quicker and bypass the registration questions.

If you must cancel 😔, here's how:

1. Go to your confirmation email and click “view booking”
2. You will be redirected to the booking system to your confirmation page. Click “ticket options”
3. Click “cancel ticket” and then “ok” in the pop-up confirmation
4. You are now taken to a booking cancellation page.
