I've been teaching Pilates since 2017 although I've been doing it as a participant for much much longer. I found attending group Pilates to be great for my niggly injuries and it improved my sporting activities so much that I did my teacher training and never looked back.
I have a friendly, informal style of teaching and my main focus is on doing simple exercises designed to get the body moving more easily.
If you want to get more mobile, increase your flexibility and work on your core strength then come along to any of my Pilates sessions.
