This slightly more challenging workshop is for students who have already covered the foundations in our beginner aerial yoga classes and will have the required competence and confidence with their inversions and hip hangs to allow for faster and longer flows.
The extended session allows more time to deep dive into the next stages of your practise.
Climbs will be introduced with positions such as Catchers Climb with the appropriate progressions/ moderations on flows depending on experience.
All foundations will now have been mastered and will be progressed.
More sequences are introduced
.
Familiar postures will be verbally cued.
Physical spotting/ assistance only offered when required.
Crash mats will be used for all positions of height.
Pranayama intensity will increase.

The studio is hidden from the road and sits behind the residential houses. There is a small driveway next door to number 62 Davigdor Road.This is located just past the church and directly opposite Preece House. This driveway leads to the commercial units and our studio at the rear.
